Status Update on the expansion application

The public comment period on Red Wing’s application to expand the White Schoolhouse Road mine ended on February 10, 2023. The DEC and Administrative Law Judge (ALJ) now are evaluating the comments received, both oral and written. We expect some action from them within 60 days of the closing of the public comment period. For now, we wait for their action.
