Town Planning Board Meeting 2/7

In December, the Town of Rhinebeck Zoning Board of Appeals passed a resolution denying Red Wing's appeal and stating that Red Wing needs to obtain permits from the town in order to mine at the White Schoolhouse Road Mine site. On Monday February 7, 2022, Red Wing Sand & Gravel's application for permits will be on the agenda of the Town of Rhinebeck Planning Board. The purpose of this meeting will be for Red Wing to present its application to the Planning Board and for the Planning Board to determine if the application is ready to move forward.

This meeting is not an opportunity for the public to comment about the application. When the Planning Board finds the application is complete, a public hearing will be scheduled.
