ZBA to issue resolution

On December 15, 2021, the Town of Rhinebeck Zoning Board of Appeals (ZBA) expects to issue a resolution deciding on whether or not to support Red Wing's appeal of the Stop Work Order issued last April.

Appallingly and unfortunately, even after receiving the Stop Work Order, Red Wing proceeded to build a haul road without Town permits.

Red Wing presented its case for appealing the Stop Work Order at the ZBA meeting in July and Public Hearings were held on the subject in August, September, and October.
