Need a little help with your comment letter?
It can be hard to find all the information you need to write to DEC, but it's really important, so here is a template to give you a hand.
All comment letters must be emailed or postmarked by January 11, 2023 at 5pm.
Letters can be submitted to John Petronella at john.petronella@dec.ny.gov or to the following address:
